Stover, 10) State of Georgia, 11) Gilmer County Tax Commissioner 12) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as Tax Parcel 3109F 021 located off Peach Lane, Ellijay, Georgia 30536 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the described property off Peach Lane, Ellijay, Georgia 30536 (Tax Parcel 3109F 021), as follows, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 2, of the 6th District and 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, being designated as Lots 64, 65 and 66, of the L.B. Smith Estate, as shown on plat of survey for the L.B. Smith Estate, dated June 24, 1972, prepared by E.M. Smith, GRLS No. 923, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 105, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference thereto for a more complete and accurate legal description. As described in Deed Book 1361, Page 345. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of February, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1881, Page 85.
