NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF GILMER

Holmes, 8) State of Georgia, 9) Gilmer County Tax Commissioner 10) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as 0 Walnut Ridge, Ellijay, Georgia 30536
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property as 0 Walnut Ridge, Ellijay, Georgia 30536 (Tax Parcel 3109G 182), as follows, to wit:
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 54, of the 11th District, Second Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, which tract and parcel of land is known as Lot M-173, of the Walnut Mountain Subdivision as per plat by Otis G. Pauley, R.L.S., recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 220, Gilmer County, Georgia Records, to which reference is made for a more complete description of the metes, bounds and courses thereof and which is incorporated herein by this reference.
That certain declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions for Walnut Mountain filed of record in Deed Book 48, Page 472, Gilmer County, Georgia Records as same has been amended in Book 50, Page 491, Book 75, Page 469 and as has been supplemented in Book 75, Page 198.
As described in Deed Book 635, Page 288. Further described as Map & Parcel 3109G 182.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of February, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1881, Page 91.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 12th day of February, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A. Basil, LLC, 301 Bradley Street, Suite B-7, Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
