NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given from Michael Wayne Brantley to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for Real Estate Mortgage Network, Inc., dated 08/13/2013, recorded 08/14/2013 in Deed Book 3204, Page 303, Glynn County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., by virtue of assignment recorded in Glynn County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($118,877.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February 2016 by HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., as Attorney in Fact for Michael Wayne Brantley, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF GLYNN AND THE STATE OF GEORGIA, AND IN THE 27TH G.M. THEREIN AND BEING DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO CERTAIN PLATS OF GLYNN JEKYLL ACRES SUBDIVISION, MADE BY ATWOOD M. FREEMAN, GRLS NO. 533, ON AUGUST 22, 1963 AND FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PLAT DRAWER NINE (9), MAP NO. 318 AND 319 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE AFORESAID PLAT AS ALL OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK ONE (1), GLYNN JEKYLL ACRES SUBDIVISION REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO THE AFORESAID SUBDIVISION PLAT AND TO THE RECORD THEREOF FOR THE PURPOSES OF MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE LOCATION, METES AND BOUNDS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES ALLOWED BY LAW. Said property being known as 140 CAMDEN DRIVE, BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA 31523 according to the present numbering system in Glynn County. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note. Said property will be sold subject to the following items which may affect the title to said property: any superior Security Deeds of record; all zoning ordinances; matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or by an inspection of the property; any outstanding taxes, including but not limited to ad valorem taxes, which constitute liens upon said property; special assessments; all outstanding bills for public utilities which constitute liens upon said property; all restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way and any other matters of record superior to said Security Deed.
