CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Riverside Development, LLC & George Harper, Paramount Engineering, LLC requesting the following variances Art 23 Front Setback Reduction of 40' to 10' from the previously approved 50'(ZA 017-12) Art 26 Sec 261 E (b) Front Landscape Strip Reduction from 20' to 10' Art 23 Side setback to the east – Reduction of 20' to 5' Art 26 Sec 261 E (c ) Side Landscape Strip Reduction from 10' to 0. Art 26 Sec 261 E (b) Front Landscape Strip Reduction 20' to 10' Said property is located at corner of Amlajack Blvd & Barith Dr, Newnan, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 76 of the Fifth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 1.485± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property dated 01/20/86 prepared by Kenneth E. Presley, Registered Land Surveyor, said plat of record in Plat Book 38, Page 79, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
