STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GWINNETT NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from John D. Essex aka Jay Essex and John H. Essex to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $116,250.00 dated 11/09/2005, and recorded in Deed Book 45299, page 150, Gwinnett County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to CitiMortgage, Inc. in Deed Book 52862, page 737, Gwinnett County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of February, 2016 by CitiMortgage, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for John D.
