NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on August 31, 2015 against Defendant Christopher M. Baum and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 15-A-00548-1) and issued by the Honorable George F. Hutchinson, III, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in February, 2016, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order: ALL OF THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 29 of the 5th District of Gwinnett County, Georgia, being a 1.300 acre parcel shown on survey prepared for Mike Yearty and recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 88, Gwinnett County Records and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin located at the intersection formed by the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Lenora Church Road (an 80-foot right-of-way width) with the Southwesterly line of Land Lot 29; running thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Lenora Church Road, a distance of 142.90 feet to a point; running thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Lenora Church Road, a distance of177.10 feet to an iron pin; running thence North 75deg.5311 West, a distance of 349.09 feet to an iron pin located on the Southwesterly line of Land Lot 29; running thence South 30deg.2206 East along the Southwesterly line of Land Lot 29, a distance of 93.93 feet to an iron pin; running thence South 30deg.4224 East along the Southwesterly line of said Land Lot 29, a distance of 353.84 feet to an iron pin located on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Lenora Church Road and the Point of Beginning, being improved property and having a building located thereon known as No. 3187 Lenora Church Road, according to the present system of numbering buildings in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
