CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in February, 2016, the following property, to-wit: A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 5th land District, Coweta County, Georgia, and being Lot No. 12 of the S.E.C. Subdivision, a plat of said subdivision being of record in Deed Book 50 Page 367, Clerk's Office, Coweta Superior Court, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of the property being conveyed. Tax Map No. N24-0001-011 Said property levied on to satisfy the tax FIFA issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Melvin Gene Hodo, Alice B. Tootle, Virginia Favors, Constance Hodo and any and all of their heirs at law defendant in FIFA, notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendant in FIFA. Said Sale is to satisfy a certain City Tax FIFA for the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Real Property Taxes in the amount of $327.98 plus interest, penalty and associated collection costs.
