CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Ronald E. Cook and Michelle Cook to Homeowners Loan Corp., A Delaware Corporation dated 9/20/2000 and recorded in Deed Book 1567 Page 499, and Modified in Deed Book 3857 Page 820, Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-RP3, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 77,600.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on February 02, 2016 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 82 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 28, IRISH TRACE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 136-137, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, DEED RECORDS, WHICH PLAT OF SURVEY IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE THERETO FOR THE PURPOSE OF A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION.
