NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from RODDRICK EUGENE STARKE to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Investors Corporation dated October 6, 2010, and recorded on October 14, 2010, in DEED BOOK 2779, PAGE 26, of the Glynn County, Georgia Records, as last assigned to GREEN PLANET SERVICING, LLC n/k/a PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC (Secured Creditor); conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR Dollars and 00/100 ($289,254.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in FEBRUARY, 2016, the following described property: The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Glynn, State of GA and is described as follows:All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1355th District G.M. of Glynn County, Georgia and being in that certain subdivision therein known as "Lexington Place-Phase 1" as shown upon the official recorded map and plan of said subdivision prepared by Privett & Associates, Inc. and certified by Phillip Jackson, Georgia registered land surveyor no. 2804 dated January 31, 2000 and recorded in the office of the clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 27 on map numbers 48A, 48B and 48C as all of lot number 23 of Lexington Place subdivision, Phase 1; said plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed.
