NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF GILMER TO: 1) George Rionda, 2) Coosawattee River Resort Association, Inc., 3) all Residents/Tenants/Occupants 4) Unknown Heirs and Assigns of George Rionda, 5) State of Georgia, 6) Gilmer County Tax Commissioner 7) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as 0 Flat Ridge Road, Ellijay, Georgia 30540 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the described property as 0 Flat Ridge Road, Ellijay, Georgia 30540 (Tax Parcel 3037E 013), as follows, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 25th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia and a part of Land Lots 296, 297, 316, and 317 and designated as Lot 754 of Eagle's Mountain Resort, Unit XI, as shown on survey for Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036, dated November 19, 1984 and recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 180, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description as provided by Section 44-2-28 Official Code of Ga. Ann. (29-423 Ga. Code Ann.) This conveyance is subject to the covenants and restrictions as set forth in a document recorded May 17, 1984, in Deed Book 138, Page 448, Gilmer County Records.
