IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA January Acquisitions, LLC, Plaintiff vs. A 0.437 acre Lot in South End S/D PIN#04-03649, 633 Cummings Lane, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Birt (aka Bert) Grady and/or his Heirs, Assigns and Successors, Agnes Grady, and/or her heirs, Heirs, Assigns and Successors, Kenneth Grady, Occupant and/or Tenants on the property, and the Heirs at Law, legatees, Executors Devisees, Administrators, Legal Representatives, Successors, Assigns, Officers, Stockholders, Trustees, and Assignees of each And every one of the above Named person that may have an Interest in the herein property, and ALL THE WORLD, Defendant CIVIL ACTION NO. CE15-00665-063 QUIET TITLE ACTION TO: Birt (aka Bert) Grady, or his heirs, successors and assigns; Agnes Grady, or her heirs, successors and assigns; Kenneth Grady; occupants and/or tenants of the said property; James Williams, and Michael Williams, and upon the unknown heirs and assigns of Samuel Williams, Alvin Williams, Jonathan Williams, Charlie Williams, Ella Snead and Harold Snead Sr., all of whom are believed to be deceased; and all others to whom it may concern, legatees; executors; devisees; administrators; legal representatives; successors; assigns; officers; stockholders; trustees; and/or assignees of each above-named person that may have an interest in said property and ALL OF THE WORLD YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff filed his Verified Petition to Quiet Title on May 27, 2015, in the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, concerning land known as ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 25th GMD, on St. Simmons Island, Glynn County, Georgia, being known as 633 Cummings Lane, and further described in Deed Book 9A, Page 67, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, and having a PIN 04-03649. The Court has entered an Order for Service by Publication dated September 28, 2015. Any objections to the Petition, defenses or other appearances in this matter should be filed with the Clerk of said court, with a copy to the Plaintiff's attorney, J. Craig Adams, 7370 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Ste. B-11, Savannah, Georgia, 31406, on or before the thirtieth day after the last date of publication of this notice.
