In The Superior Court of Gilmer County State of Georgia Civil Action No. 2015CV-595 Jack P. Brown & Co., Petitioner, vs. Virginia A. Miller, Versel C. Jones, and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to 3.88 acres, more or less, of Land Lot 162, designated as Tract #22 of Section 3, in the 6th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, described in Deed Book 156, Page 203, Gilmer County Records. Respondents, Notice of Summons To: Virginia A. Miller and Versel C. Jones, and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to certain land in Ellijay, Georgia, being known as Tract #22, of Section 3, Land Lots 162, 6th District, 2nd Section of Gilmer County, described in Deed Book 156, page 203, Gilmer records. You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to quiet title against all the world in certain real property located in Gilmer County was filed against you in said court on October 19, 2015, and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the court on December 21, 2015, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of said court an answer to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service by publication.
