NOTICE OF FORCLOSURE OF
THE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Pat F. Price, Pat E. Price, Patrick W. Price, Internal Revenue Service, Georgia Department of Revenue, other unknown parties with a legal interest
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
Take notice that: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 24th District, 2nd Section, Land Lot 16 and 25th District, 2nd Section, Land Lot 306, Gilmer County, Georgia, being described as the South parcel of Tract #63, 1.0 acre, more or less, of the Harris Creek Property, dated October 20, 1984 and prepared by Associated Surveyors, Gilbert O. Maulsby, Jr., GRLS No. 1555, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 187, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description and more particularly described as follows: being all of tract #63 on Highway 382, except 2 (two) acres, more or less; on the North end of said Tract #63 which belongs to Pat F. Price and Carl Barrett. The 1 (One) acre, more or less, in this tract adjoins the Berean Church land.
As described in Deed Book 386, Page 19. Further Described as Map Parcel No. 3041D063B.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of January, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of November, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1894, Page 322; the subject property then being conveyed to James Stover by Tax Sale Deed dated November 4, 2014 and recorded in Deed Book 1894, Page 320-21, aforesaid records.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
