NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, RICHMOND COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Gilbert Jefferson and Ieshea A. Smith aka Iesha A Smith to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for ComUnity Lending, Incorporated, a California Corporation, dba Mortgage Partners dated 2/15/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 01040 Page 390, Richmond County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 108,300.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on January 05, 2016 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 90TH G.M.D. OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA.
