STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot of land, with improvements, situate lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, and being shown on a plat of survey recorded in Book 18-K, Page 158 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County Georgia and fronting forty-seven and five-tenths (47.5) feet on the Northwest side of Bowles Road and running back of even width a distance of one hundred twenty-nine and five tenths (129.5) feet on its Western side, and one hundred and twenty-three (123) feet on its Eastern side, to a rear width of forty-eight and six-tenths (48.6) feet, and bounded; Northwest and West by other property of, now or formerly, W.W. Clark; Southeast by Bowles Road, and Northeast and East by property of, now or formerly, Woodrow Moore. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, courses, and location of said property.
