STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, fronting a distance of 62.5 feet on the West side of 11th Avenue, and extending back between parallel lines, a distance of 95.8 feet, to a rear width of 62.5 feet. The lot herein conveyed is a portion of Lots 5 and 6, of Block 23, as shown on a plat of Turpin Hill, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 4-C, pages 772-773.
