STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, fronting a distance of 62.5 feet on the West side of 11th Avenue, and extending back between parallel lines, a distance of 95.8 feet, to a rear width of 62.5 feet. The lot herein conveyed is a portion of Lots 5 and 6, of Block 23, as shown on a plat of Turpin Hill, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 4-C, pages 772-773. Said lot is bounded: North by Dyer Place; East by 11th Avenue; South by the southernmost half of Lots 5 and 6, said block, said plat, and West by Lot 4, said block and plat. A plat of the lot hereby conveyed and marked "Danridge" thereon, made by Hall & Company, Nov. 8, 1955 is recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 23-M, page 153; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of March 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1432 at Page 288.
