STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on the West side of Wrights Avenue in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, designated as Lot No. 28 on a plat of Barnesville recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia in Book 5-V's, page 523, having a frontage of forty-four (44) feet on Wrights Avenue and extending back of equal width a distance of one hundred thirty (130) feet, and being bounded: North by Lot No. 29 of said plat; East by Wrights Avenue; South by Lot No. 27; and West by property now or formerly of Bohler. Said property is known under the present system of street numbering as 515 Wrights Avenue. Tax Map and Parcel No. 035-4-316-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of February, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1445 at page 1804.
