STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, County of Richmond, State of Georgia, fronting forty (40) feet, more or less, on the East side of Wrights Avenue and extending back between parallel lines a distance of One Hundred and Sixty (160) feet, more or less, said property being known and designated as Lot 114 on a certain plat of lot recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 5-R, page 240. Said lot is bounded: North by Lot 115; East by Lot 126; South by Lot 113; and West by Wrights Avenue, all of said plat. The improvements on said property are known as 618 Wrights Avenue. Tax Map and Parcel No. 035-4-330-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of February, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of May, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1439 at page 742.
