STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot, tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, if any, lying, being and situate in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 39 and 3 feet of the Eastern portion of Lot 40 as shown on a plat of survey recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 4-B, Page 799; Reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, courses, locations and distances of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to all easements, covenants and restrictions of record. Also all that lot, tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, County of Richmond, State of Georgia and fronting 18 inches of the South side of Cleveland Street as shown on a place prepared by Nisbet Wingfield, City Engineer, dated March 16, 1916, for James E. Streets and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 8-L, page 374. Reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, courses and location of said parcel. Said property is known as 1644 Cleveland Street. Tax Map and Parcel #: 045-2-100-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 29th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1451 at page 1461.
