Stevens-Young to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns dated March 30, 2009 recorded in Deed Book 322, Page 49-62 , Long County Records, and last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO AND 00/100 ($158,162.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Long County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 24TH G.M.
