Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by John W Fitts to The Coastal Bank dated 11/22/04, recorded in Deed Book 1281, Page 605, Liberty, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 01811, Page 00579, Liberty County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $49,600.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Liberty County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on January 5, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 17th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, and being in the City of Hinesville, being known and designated as Lot No. 41, Block A, Herbert Heights Subdivision, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Billy B. Beazley, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1970, and recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 5, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
