Clark, West by land of Veronica Mangum (Lot 1); and Southeast by lands of Kelly Dukes, Jr, being the same tract of land noted as Lot 2A, including Zone A as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Book 622, page 10 and prepared by Abraham D.
