NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE 6.21 acres, more or less, Land Lot 149, 10th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer Co., Georgia Map No. 3046044 To: Benny James Frady and Vicki Aaron Frady, and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property. Please Take Notice: That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 10th District and Second Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, and being part of Land Lot 149 and containing 6.21 acres, more or less and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the centerline of East Mountaintown Trail and the Western right of way of Zion Hill Road, to the point of beginning; thence Westerly along the center line of East Mountaintown Trail to a point being the Northwest corner of the property of Claudia Murphy as shown on Plat Book 33, Page 212; thence Southerly along said property line 479 feet, more or less, to a point; thence Northwesterly along a marked line to the center of Little Mountaintown Creek; to the property of George Hall; thence along said property line to the center of East Mountaintown Trail; thence along the center of East Mountaintown Trail to the point of beginning. As described in Deed Book 1418, Page 23. Further described as Map & Parcel 3046044. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 1894, pages 326-327, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
