NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt from EVENSIO ACUNA hereinafter Grantor(s), TIGER, INC., dated May 11, 1999, recorded in Deed Book 2282, Pages 291-294, Columbia County Records, and having been last assigned June 24, 2005 to STOCKBRIDGE CAPITAL, LLC, as filed in Book 4947, Page 170; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement in the principal amount of 13,000.00; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Appling, Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 the following described property: ALL THAT lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 1285th G.M.D., Columbia County, Georgia, containing 2.54 acres, more or less, and being known and designated as Lot 1, Block D, Goldsboro Subdivision, as shown upon a plat thereof prepared by Beckum, McDavid and Williams, Planning and Engineering Consultants, which plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Columbia County, Georgia in P.C. A, Slide 283, Nos. 3-7; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, and location of said property.
