Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by JOHN D NEWVINE AND THERESA L NEWVINE to THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC., dated 09/24/2001, recorded in Deed Book 732, Page 35, Colquitt County, Georgia records, as last transferred to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-CB3 by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Colquitt County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($37,600.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 173 IN THE EIGHTH (8TH) LAND DISTRICT OF COLQUITT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: 0.767 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF LAND LOT NUMBER 173 LOCATED IN THE EIGHTH (8TH) LAND DISTRICT OF COLQUITT COUNTY, GEORGIA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON A PLAT OF SURVEY THEREOF DATED JULY 26, 1994, PREPARED BY CHARLES H.
