gpn11 STATE OF GEORGIACOUNTY of COLQUITT NOTICE OF SALEUNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from WINSTON HOWARD to CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. dated September 2, 2004, filed for record September 8, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 834, Page 426, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1228, Page 225, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated September 2, 2004 in the original principal sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE AND 63/100 DOLLARS ($70,329.63), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at COLQUITT County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF COLQUITT. STATE OF GA, TO WIT: ALL OF LOT 5 OF BLOCK 6 OF THE HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MOULTRIE, GEORGIA, ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 111, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, COLQUITT COUNTY, GEORGIA. SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION FOUND IN DEED BOOK 127, PAGES 129-130, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, COLQUITT COUNTY, GEORGIA. TAX MAP REFERENCE M014 6 BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO WINSTON HOWARD FROM ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA INC. BY THAT DEED DATED 02/24/2000 AND RECORDED 03/13/2000 IN DEED BOOK 676, AT PAGE 84 OF THE COLQUITT COUNTY, GA PUBLIC REGISTRY. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is JOHN W. JOHNSON or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 904 HIGHLAND BLVD, MOULTRIE, GA 31768. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys fees (notice of intent to collect attorneys fees having been given).
