gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF LONG NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Betty Deason and Justin Wallace to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for AmeriCare Investment Group, Inc. dba Premier Capital Lending, its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $99,143.00 dated 01/02/2008, and recorded in Deed Book 296, page 53, Long County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC in Deed Book 443, page 563, Long County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of February, 2016 by Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, as Attorney-in-Fact for Betty Deason and Justin Wallace the following described property: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 16th GM District of Long County, Georgia and being more particularly described as 1.00 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as Tract 1 on that certain plat prepared by Charles W.
