NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated September 26, 2007, from Melissa A. Bell and Pete R. Steffey to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean and Whitaker, recorded on October 2, 2007 in Deed Book 2312 at Page 321, Glynn County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Selene Finance LP by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated September 26, 2007, in the amount of $125,488.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Glynn County, Georgia, on January 5, 2016, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF GLYNN, DESCRIBDED AND INDENTIFIED ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY OF RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, OF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF GLYNN SUPERIOR COURT IN PLAT DRAWER 19, MAP NO. 1089, AS ALL OF LOTS 36, IN BLOCK A, SAID RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT AND THE RECORD THEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES. The debt remaining is in default and this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the Security Deed, accrued interest, and all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees.
