TAKE NOTICE THAT SELENA BRADY HAS THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot No. 41, in the 6th District and 4th Section, of Chattooga County, Georgia and being Lot No. 63, as shown on a plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 82, Chattooga County Deeds Records as corrected by plat dated October 9, 2001, prepared by Carl M. Morrison, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor NO. 1686, entitled survey for James R. Jones and Linda H. Jones, a copy of said plat being recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 150, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, reference to said plat being hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.
Said property is subject to restrictions placed upon said property by instrument recorded in the Office of Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia.

HER RIGHT TO REDEMPTION WILL EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 4TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2016. THE TAX DEED TO WHICH THIS NOTICE RELATES IS DATED NOVEMBER 4, 2014 AND IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF CHATTOOGA COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN DEED BOOK 634, PAGE 597-598.
THE PROPERTY MAY BE REDEEMED AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE 4TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2016, BY PAYMENT OF THE REDEMPTION PRICE AS FIXED AND PROVIDED BY LAW TO THE UNDERSIGNED AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 9933 COMMERCE STREET, SUMMERVILLE, GA 30747.
