NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
TO: JEFFREY W. CRONIC and JULIE A CRONIC
BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE CO. OF GEORGIA
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in the 1744th District, GM, Barrow County, Georgia, consisting of 1.32 acres, more or less, as shown on Plat of Survey entitled survey for Julie Cronic, certified by Rufus E. Owens, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2093, dated November 10, 1997 and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Barrow County, Georgia in Plat Book 50, Page 200, which said plat and the recording thereof are by reference hereto incorporated herein for a more complete and detailed description.
Said parcel of land is designated as Tax Parcel XX026-150A, and is the same parcel described in Deed Book 471, Page 105, Barrow County Deed Records and known as 1260 OLD VICTRON SCHOOL ROAD.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on February 10, 2016.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated September 2, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Barrow County, Georgia at Deed Book 1825, Page 205.
The property may be redeemed at any time before February 10, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
