CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Lori Lawrence dba My Pampered Pooch requesting a 150 ft. variance under Article 7 Sec 75 Item 6 for a Commercial Kennel with requirements of 200 ft. Said property is located at Lower Fayetteville Rd, near the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Fischer Road, Newnan, GA. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2016 6:00 pm at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 132 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 6.86 acres and being in more particularly identified on plat of record in Plat Book 18, Page 239 Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
