CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Brett H. Payne for Newnan Vascular requesting Variances for a 10' Landscape Strip Reduction to the Side and Rear lots and a Variance for Street Planting under Article 26 Development Requirements B & C. Said property is located at corner of SR 34 East and Posey Rd, Lot E-2, Newnan, GA. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2015, 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 27 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 0.78± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property prepared by R.W. Howard Surveying, Inc. dated 10/9/15, said plat of record in Plat Book 4244, Page 716-717, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
