CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Amerco Real Estate Co. c/o Mark Howard dba U-Haul requesting a variance to remove the required 6ft screening fence under Article 26 Section 261 Item 5. Said property is located at 3003 E. Hwy 34, Newnan, GA. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2015, 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 38 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 4.0± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property prepared by Jason D. Turner dated 11/26/12, said plat of record in Plat Book 3874, Page 692-693, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
