NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
0.76 acres, being part of Lots 32 and 33, Tails Creek Subdivision, Gilmer Co., Georgia

To: Christopher D. Weaver, and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 81, 11th District, 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, being part of Lots 32 and 33, of Tails Creek Subdivision, containing 0.76 acres, more or less, as shown on plat of survey prepared by A.J. Davis, Sr., County Surveyor of Gilmer County, Georgia, dated June 1968 and recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 279, Gilmer County, Georgia Records, to which plat reference is made for a more complete and accurate legal description; together with all improvements. Subject to any right of way deeds or other easements of record.
Subject to all easements, covenants and restrictions of record.
As described in Deed Book 1627, Page 261. Further described as Map & Parcel 3066C005.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of February, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 1894, pages 330-331, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of February, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
