NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Corey Patterson, Sr. and Shanda Kelly Patterson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns dated April 20, 2009 recorded in Deed Book 7094, Page 092-101 , Columbia County Records, and last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND THIRTEEN AND 00/100 ($154,013.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 17, BLOCK C OF MAIN STREET, SECTION II, AS SHOWN UPON AND AMENDED PLAT THEREOF PREPARED BY JAMES G. SWIFT & ASSOCIATES, DATED DECEMBER 1, 2003, WHICH IS FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT, COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA. PLAT CABINET E, SLIDE 44, #5.
