NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COLUMBIA Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Kenneth J. Cage to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a nominee for LEND AMERICA, and its successors and assigns dated January 15, 2009, and recorded in Deed Book 6786, Page 167, Columbia County Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $207,161.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, January 5, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, LOCATED IN THE 126TH G.M.D., BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 32, BLOCK E, TUDOR BRANCH, SECTION IV, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PC-E, SLIDE 90 #3; REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED.
