NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Obie C. Clements and Margaret Clements to Driftwood Manufactured Housing, dated March 11, 1999 and recorded in Deed Book 561, Page 208, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, as affected by Scrivener's Affidavit dated July 23, 2015 and recorded in Deed Book 3469, Page 395, aforesaid records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated, March 11, 1999, in the original principal amount of Sixty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Four and 68/100 Dollars ($69,354.68) with interest thereon as provided therein, having been last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1999-2, recorded in Deed Book 3513, Page 395, aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday of January 2016, regarding the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Glynn, State of Georgia, and within that certain subdivision called Pine Wood Subdivision, described and identified by a plat of survey by James L. Conine, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1545, which plat is recorded in Plat Drawer 19, Folio 881, in the Office of the Clerk of Glynn County Superior Court and being more particularly described as Lot Five (5), Pine Wood Subdivision. Reference is hereby made to said plat of survey for all purposes of identification and description of the metes and bounds of said lot. Said property is commonly known as 109 Pinewood Rd., Brunswick, GA 31525. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note. Said property will be sold subject to the following items which may affect the title of said property; zoning ordinances, matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or by an inspection of the property; any outstanding taxes, including but not limited to ad valorem taxes, which constitute liens upon said property; special assessments; all outstanding bills for public utilities which constitute liens upon said property; all restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way and any other matters of record superior to said Security Deed.
