NOTICE
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the property hereinafter described against Mercris Investment Corporation and All The World was filed on the 1st day of December, 2015, in the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, Mountain Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of an order for service by publication entered by said court on the 1st day of December, 2015, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said court within thirty (30) days from the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the court.
The property involved is described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 192 of the Second Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, and being more fully described as Tract 8A, containing 1.73 acres, more or less, of land; Tract 8B, containing 1.74 acres, more or less, of land; Tract 8C, containing 1.73 acres, more or less, of land, all as more particularly described upon that certain plat of survey prepared by William F. Rolader, GRLS No. 2042, and recorded in Plat Book 49, page 21, Clerk's Office, Rabun Superior Court, reference to said plat being for the espress purpose of incorporating its description herein. A copy of said plat is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
