CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in January 2016, the following property, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the city of Newnan and located on the south side of West Washington Street and more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point at the corner of Wheat and West Washington Street, run thence south along Wheat Street, 195 feet, more or less, to an iron stob, thence due east 50 feet, more or less, to an iron stob, thence north 198 feet, more or less, and along the line of Ruby White to West Washington Street, thence west along West Washington Street to the beginning point, this being the same property deeded to Eugenia Darden Stanford on the 15th day of October, 1930 by Mrs. Lavender R. Ray and recorded in Deed Book 36 page 394 of the records of the clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County. Notice of Claim of FIFA for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 Real Property Taxes in the amount of $362.95 plus interest and Associated Collection Costs. Tax Map No. N08 0004 001 Said property levied on to satisfy the tax FIFA issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Mary Frances Johnson Woodward, defendant in FIFA, notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendant in FIFA. Said Sale is to satisfy a certain City Tax FIFA for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 in the amount of $362.95 plus interest, penalty and associated collection costs.
