The Warranty Deed is dated July 23, 2014, and recorded in book 4113, page 723, Coweta County Superior Court. Generally, the Petition alleges that David Brennan, as Executor of the Estate of Nellie Sue Kidd Brennan, improperly transferred the Properties to the Estate of Nellie Sue Kidd Brennan. The Plaintiff seeks to set the Warranty Deed aside as void ab initio.
