CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Aimee Royal to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Ascent Home Loans, Inc., A Colorado Corporation, its successors and assigns dated December 21, 2007 recorded in Deed Book 3293, Page 434-445 , Coweta County Records, and last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY AND 00/100 ($109,620.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 180 AND LAND LOT 195 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT D18 OF PEEKS CROSSING SUBDIVISION, PHASE D, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 185, RECORDS OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, WHICH PLAT IS BY REFERENCE INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF. The Debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment of the indebtedness when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
