Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Florence Walker, Willie F Walker to People`s Choice Home Loan, Inc., a Wyoming corporation , dated 12/28/2000, recorded in Deed Book 1602, Page 271, Coweta County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2001-HE1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2001-HE1 by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Coweta County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS ($136,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 11 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF A BRICK WALL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SALBIDE AVENUE WITH A WALL LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF ROBINSON STREET, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY OF MRS. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
