NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN TO: GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA STATE OF GEORGIA RRL HOLTZENDORF, JR. RRL HOLTZENDORF, JR. and/or THE ESTATE & HEIRS OF RRL HOLTZENDORF, JR. To all the above individuals and Entities, please take notice that this is a Notice Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-46, to Foreclose the Equity of Redemption for Tax Sale Deed. Take notice that: the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 11356th GMD, Glynn County, Georgia, identified and described according to a plat of survey prepared by Southeastern Land Surveyors, Inc., titled "Revision of a Subdivision of the RL Holtzendorf Lands," certified by Norman G. Blood, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2360, dated June 29, 1989 and revised December 13, 1989 as all of Parcel D1 of said subdivision, being the same property conveyed in a Deed of Gift dated December 24, 1989 and recorded in Deed Book 34-Q, Page 293 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Property address: 105 Fernwood Dr., Brunswick, GA 31523 Map and parcel # 03-12097 Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 8th day of January, 2016.
