To: JOE SMITH and SHIRLEY VAN PELT, their heirs and assigns
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem for the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 208 in the 13th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, Georgia, butting, bounding and measuring to-wit:
STARTING at the northeast corner of Land Lot 208; thence in a western direction 485.5 feet and parallel to the northern margin of said land lot to the point of beginning; thence in a southern direction and at right angles with the northern margin of said land lot 210 feet to a point; thence in a western direction and parallel to the said land lot and said margin 210 feet to a point; thence in a northern direction and at right angles with said margin of said land lot 210 feet to a point; thence in an eastern direction and parallel to and bordering the said margin of said land lot 210 feet to the point of beginning. This being a portion of the same property deeded to Henry C. and Bertha A. Van Pelt by deed dated March 19, 1956, recorded in Deed Book 65, Page 177, Chattooga County Deed Records.
will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of January, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of CHATTOOGA County, GEORGIA in Deed Book 643, Page 610.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 22nd day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
