NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA
To: ROBIN PATTERSON, his heirs and assigns
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem for the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the 6th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and in the Town of Trion and being the lot and land shown as No. 239, upon a plat entitled Section One (1) of a subdivision of the Residential Properties of the Trion Georgia Division of Riegel Textile Corporation by Pickell & Pickell, Engineers, dated February 1952 and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 10, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more specific description of said property.
BEING all of the same property conveyed to Eric C. Mann and Jamey Teague and Angela R. Teague by Warranty Deed from Archibald A. Farrar, Jr. dated October 8, 2003 and filed of record in Book 438, Page 525, Clerks Office for Chattooga County, Georgia.
will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of January, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia in Deed Book 634, Page 640.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 22nd day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
