NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA
To: THE ESTATE OF MRS. J. D. COLQUIT, their heirs and assigns
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem for the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 13th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the Jim Colquitt lot on the Old Iron Ore Lead and running west with the said Jim Colquitt to the southwest corner of said Colquitt lot; thence south 100 feet; thence east parallel with the Jim Colquitt line to the Old Iron Ore Lead; thence in a northern direction along the said Iron Ore Lead to beginning point 100 feet.
will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of January, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia in Deed Book 634, Page 618.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 22nd day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
