NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Lester Laughinghouse, Mary Hardin Stone, Mary Lee Stone, Richmond County Tax Commissioner, Augusta-Richmond County Code Enforcement Division TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, designated as Tax Parcel 369-0-009-00-0, containing 1.57 acres, more of less, shown in Reel Book 9B, Page 279, described in Realty Reel 204, page 2056, known as 5295 Highway 56. Said property is known as 5295 Highway 56, Augusta, GA 30906 Map and Parcel Number: 069-0-009-00-0. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of December, 2015.
