NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt from SHANNA C. GREEN , aka SHANNA C. WILLIAMS and KEITH A. WILLIAMS hereinafter Grantor(s), to STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY as successor by merger to FIRST BANK OF GEORGIA, dated December 21, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 1096, Pages 0561-0568, Richmond County Records; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement in the principal amount of $66,267.00; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 20, Block "A", of Lombard Acres Subdivision, on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 335, Page 853. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to Protective Covenants of record in Reel 335, Page 853 and to any and all applicable easements, restrictions, and covenants of record in said Clerk's Office.
