NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Barry B. Davis, Harry Davis, Security Federal Bank and Richmond County Tax Commissioner TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 027-4-064-00-0, in Richmond County, Georgia, being the southern Portion of Lot 1, shown in Realty Book 3 M, pages 286-287, the descriptions contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 220, page 443, Deed Book 342, Page 759 and Deed Book 1191, Page 504, located on 2001 Broad Street aka 2001-2003 Broad Street. Said property is known as 2001-2003 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30901. Map and Parcel Number: 027-4-064-00-0. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of May, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01439, at page 0738. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 4th day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
