Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by MARVIN J JACKSON to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ("MERS"), AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. , dated 10/24/2013, and Recorded on 10/29/2013 as Book No. 01417 and Page No. 1504, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $105,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN A CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS MAYFAIR, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 24, BLOCK A, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SAID MAYFAIR SUBDIVISION PREPARED BY CHARLES T. ALEXANDER, PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, DATED JUNE 4, 1963, WHICH PLAT IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN REALTY BOOK 29 L, PAGES 731 733, AND TO WHICH REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS, DISTANCES AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. SAID PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHESHIRE DRIVE AND NOTTINGHAM DRIVE. THE IMPROVEMENTS ON SAID LOT BEING KNOWN AS 3204 CHESHIRE DRIVE. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. Because the debt remains in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
